A.  We offer payment plans through three financing companies: CareCredit, CapitolOne Healthcare
Finance, and Unicorn Financial.  Each of these companies offers no-interest payment plans as well as
extended payment options to make treatment more budget friendly.  Patients can apply in the office,
by phone or on-line and receive an instant decision.  Links to the companies' websites can be found on

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can I make monthly payments?
A.  We will file insurance claims for all our local patients.  Check with your insurance company to make
sure you do not have to see a participating provider to be covered.  
  We collect payment for the patient's estimated portion at the time of service.  Any amount not paid
by the insurance company after 60 days becomes the patient's responsibility.
  We do not accept Medicaid.
Q. What kind of insurance do you accept?
A.  Yes.  We always prefer to start new patients with a comprehensive exam and full mouth series of
x-rays.  However, if a patient needs to be seen right away due to an emergency situation, we will
address the immediate needs first, then have the patient return for a complete evaluation.  Patients
who are in pain will be worked into our schedule, and will be seen as soon as possible to ease their
discomfort.
Q. Do you see patients on emergency basis?
A.  While patients frequently can tell us the problem they are experiencing (ie. lost filling, broken tooth,
swelling and pain, etc.), until Dr. Hadley has examined the tooth, he can not be sure of the correct
treatment.  Due to the constraints of our schedule, we can only diagnose the problem at the first
appointment.  Once Dr. Hadley has created a  plan, we can schedule for the needed treatment.
  Patients in pain will be seen as soon as possible to ease their discomfort.
Q. Can I get my problem tooth fixed today?
A.  In order to determine the cost of
treatment, Dr. Hadley must first perform an
exam and diagnose the treatment
needed.  We will then create a treatment
plan that shows the cost of the necessary
procedures.  
   For our patients' convenience, we accept
all major credit cards and personal checks.  
We also have financing options available
through CareCredit, CapitalOne and
Unicorn.
  For patients with insurance, we can send
in a pre-treatment estimate to help
determine the out-of-pocket expenses.
Q. How much will my treatment cost?
A.  We offer preventative, restorative and
cosmetic dental services.  Our cosmetic
services include custom whitening trays,
one-hour whitening treatments and
Lumineers by Cerinate.  For a more

Q. What services does Dr. Hadley provide?
A.  We accept patients of all ages, including children.  We encourage parents to begin bringing their
children at a young age to accustom them to seeing the dentist and develop good rapport with Dr.
Hadley and the staff.
  For children needing extensive treatment or who are very fearful of dental treatment, it may be best
to see a specialist.  We are happy to provide a referral to a pedodontist.
